This is not an official before & after since it’s not where I started and I am not at my goal just yet. But…

protein french toast with ezekiel bread
3 slices ezekiel bread
2 whole eggs
almond milk (I eyeballed it— probably 1/4 C!)
cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 scoop of vanilla whey
whisk all the ingredients together and soak each slice in the batter, turning it 4 times for an even soak. place the soaked slices on a separate plate and let them sit for 2 minutes. spray a non-stick pan on medium heat and cook on each side until sexy.optional: top with whatever sliced fruit you want (I used strawberries and bananas), and dust with powdered sugar for aesthetics ;)macros (without optional toppings): carbs: 49gfat: 14gprotein: 36gtotal calories: 445
